Kraemer Development acquired the property located at 434 Gammon Place in July of 2012 and completed a major building renovation in 2016. The renovation consisted of adding a drive thru for Starbucks, demolishing the Starbucks space to allow them to build back a brand new store, removing the entire exterior building skin and building back with a new architectural concept, raising roof lines, adding steel canopies, relocating the main building electrical service to allow for better access to Starbucks, new storefront windows and new landscaping. As you can see by the photos, the building looks modern and relevant in the market.
