Woodland Crest, Phase II

Woodland Crest (phase II) opened for business early 2023. This project was built on the success of phase 1 to create a larger more diverse neighborhood shopping experience. The building is roughly 9,000 square feet with two outdoor patios and a drive thru. Woodland Crest is located on the corner of Highway Q and Peaceful Valley Parkway in the Village of Waunakee. This high traffic, high visibility site is an ideal location for national and local tenants alike. This project is at full occupancy with the tenants being Starbucks, US Cellular and Heartland Dental. Waunakee is a vibrant and growing community with strong demographics, great schools and a high degree of disposable income. These characteristics have and will continue to, attract quality long term tenants.
