Kraemer Development handles all aspects of the development process, including site selection and acquisition, oversight of the design, municipal entitlements, feasibility, contractor selection and securing debt and equity financing. Upon completion or acquisition, Kraemer Development manages the property and handles the monthly accounting and asset management strategies.
Kraemer Development’s primary goal is to develop and acquire property for its own portfolio. In certain situations, Kraemer Development will lend its development expertise to owners who would like to retain ownership of the property, by acting as a paid consultant for the development portion of the project. Joint venture relationships are also possible when a land owner is interested in contributing their land for an ownership interest in the development project.
