Jeff Kraemer - Owner/Principal
When Jeff Kraemer founded Kraemer Development, it was built on his desire to develop, acquire and manage real estate. In 2013, Jeff made Kraemer Development his full-time career and has been successful in creating and obtaining numerous exceptional properties. The company has developed large commercial mixed-use sites as well as many multi-tenant retail centers around the state. Kraemer Development takes pride in what they create and leverages their management expertise to create long term value for their tenants and investors.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse with a business degree, Jeff went to work for a senior housing developer. After about 3 years in the senior housing business, Jeff was hired by Raymond Management, an award-winning hotel developer and operator in Madison. Jeff was responsible for sourcing development opportunities across the U.S., including site selection/acquisition, entitlements, feasibility, franchise selection, and negotiations.
Jeff resides in Middleton with his wife and twin boys. They enjoy outdoor adventures, watching and playing sports and traveling.
Kristin Michael - Property Manager
Kristin Michael has been part of the property management industry since 2011, bringing a deep passion for real estate and a strong commitment to providing excellent service. In addition to her work with Kraemer Development, Kristin and her husband own and manage a few residential rental homes on the west side of Madison, giving her a personal perspective and hands-on experience in property ownership and management. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Rocko.
Michael Carano - Maintenance Tech
Michael Carano is a part-time Maintenance Technician with Kraemer Development, bringing a strong work ethic and many years of hands-on maintenance experience to the team. Semi-retired, Michael enjoys the balance of staying active through his work while also making time for the things he enjoys most. A Jeep off-road enthusiast, he loves exploring the outdoors and getting out on the trails. Michael also enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity. When he’s not working or volunteering, he values spending quality time with his wife and enjoying life together.
